GROUP SESSIONS

I run circuit training sessions at various locations within Cornwall.
These generally consist of a mixture of aerobic/cardio', resistance, flexibility, agility and abdominal exercises. They last for up to 1.5 hours and costs are again dependant on location (usually £4 per person).
They are suitable for all ages (min. of 14 years old) and levels of fitness.
They help to increase endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, strength (without increasing size) and help to decrease your bodys' fat %.
